Proactive Facility Management is committed to quality management and continious improvement, and ensures consistency in the delivery of products and services that meet our client's expectations. The QMS supports the development of a quality culture in which all staff assume responsibility for quality and engage in quality management at all levels. Internal quality audits are conducted to ensure ongoining compliance with requirnments of the QMS standards, and the PFM policies and procedures. In an effort to ensure continual improvement, PFM engages in corrective and preventative action to discover, investigate, and correct non-conformance's.

ISO 14001 - Environmental Management

We are committed to minimising environmental impacts. As part of our Environmental Management Plan, we apply our innovative, problem-solving expertise to minimise any environmental impacts that could arise during the course of our work. We are committed to continual improvement and pursuit of best practice when it comes to preventing pollution while undertaking every element of our work. We actively work to reduce waste through a rigorous approach to waste management, and, where possible, avoid using chemicals that are harmful to the environment.

ISO 45001 _ OH & S Management System

In order to attain the highest level of occupational safety in our operations, Proactive  Facilities management has committed to develop, implement and Integrate an Occupational Health and Safety Management System into its business processes that complies with the Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard ISO 45001 for Prevention of workplace injury and ill health. The OH & S Management System is defined in documented management procedures, which provide clear standards and guidelines in all the appropriate areas of the company’s activities.
